Sauvignon Blanc wines
Sauvignon Blanc comes from France's Loire Valley and Bordeaux, where it makes Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé and white Bordeaux blends with Sémillon. New Zealand's Marlborough region made it world-famous with intense passion fruit, lime and fresh-cut-grass aromas. Its high acidity and herbal notes make it a great match for gỏi cuốn, Vietnamese salads and herb-filled dishes; serve at 7–10°C.
