Wine paired with Fish
Fish has a great assortment of wine that can easily pair with it; depending on how it is prepared. Sparkling wine is always a great option and pairs exquisitely with just about every fish-dish. Light, crisp white wine is also always a trusty option; especially with deep-fried or lemon-based fish. When it comes to red wines, however, the tannin can ruin your dining experience. So, if you must, opt for the lightest red with the lowest tannin. Try Prosecco, Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc.
