The wine ages nearly twelve months partly in second and third passage barriques and partly in oak barrels of 20hl
Winemaking process:
Fermentation takes place in 30 days and the malolactic fermentation is also completed. After the first fermentation, the wine obtained with Corvina and Rondinella grapes is subjected to a second fermentation with the pomace of Merlot grapes.
