Red - This ultra-unique wine is made from dried grapes, which results in a rich and remarkably intense wine.
Hints of spices and fruity notes, reminiscent of cherries and morello cheries.

The wine ages nearly twelve months partly in second and third passage barriques and partly in oak barrels of 20hl
Fermentation takes place in 30 days and the malolactic fermentation is also completed. After the first fermentation, the wine obtained with Corvina and Rondinella grapes is subjected to a second fermentation with the pomace of Merlot grapes.
