Wine Style:
Complex and concentrated, super juicy, layered. Medium+ acidity, low tannins, medium- body, flavour intensity, long finish.
Tasting Notes:
Pale ruby in colour. Pronounced nose evoking scents of red cherries and spices Palate: bunch of a ripe dark cherries, blackberries, tobacco, juniper, wet forest floor, cranberry, blackberry, earthy. Strong, but silky tannins.
Gastronomy:
Duck, venison, game.
Vineyards:
The Centgrafenberg vineyard in Bürgstadt.35 hl/ha, yields are particularly low. benefits from the heat that accumulates in its extremely steep vineyard terraces, which results in a wine with a warm character, a timeless classic; it displays cool power, ferrous minerality, and elegance.
