Characteristics
Wine Style:
Elegant Medium bodied. Good fruit concentration plum, black cherry, raspberry, anise and oak. Fine tannins and juicy acidity.
Tasting Notes:
Dark with a purple ring. On the nose a strong black fruits jam, smoky notes, wet stone, vanilla (4 months in French oak) and hints of bacon. hints of chocolate and spices. on the palate is ripe and rounded : loads of cassis, minerality, pepper. long finish, well balanced despite a big fruity wave. Velvety texture. Ready to drink.

Ageing method:
Aged for 4 months in Portuguese and French oak.
Winemaking process:
Machine harvested grapes during the night to avoid high temperatures. Immediately destemmed grapes when inside the winery. Tanning fermentation in stainless steel open vats.
