White - A signature Portuguese variety offers excellent elegance, richness, aromatics, and a persistent finish.
Tasting Notes:
Clear with light hay hues. Abundant yet elegant floral scents paired with pleasant and fresh fragrances of lemon and orange tree blossoming. Finishes with tropical aromas. On the palate, it has a very rich structure with a full body and soft feel. Good finish.
Gastronomy:
Perfect as an aperitif during the summer season, this wine also pairs perfectly with fish, poultry, salads, Asian and Mediterranean food. Also a good match for 'tapas'.

Ageing method:
2 month ageing in bottle
Winemaking process:
Skin maceration, flotation clearing, and temperature-controlled fermentation. After alcoholic fermentation, batonnage for 1 month once a week.
