⤍ Cherry and pomegranate skin, layered with orange peel, liquorice, dried herbs and mineral notes.

Vineyards:
∙ Cebreros vineyard: Garnacha planted in 1922 at 1,005 m, on slate soil; yield of 2,100 kg/ha.
∙ San Bartolomé vineyard: Garnacha planted in 1935 at 1,059 m, on granite soil; yield of 1,800 kg/ha.
Ageing method:
Aged for 10 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Interesting notes:
Confines combines two nearly century-old Garnacha vineyards above 1,000 metres: Cebreros slate contributes volume and minerality, while San Bartolomé granite brings freshness and finesse.
