Gastronomy:
Steak, lamb chops, roast pork, jamón, sausages, meat-based pasta and semi-hard cheeses.
Ageing method:
Stainless-steel tanks, followed by French and American oak barrels.
Interesting notes:
A Magnum holds twice the volume of a standard bottle but has a lower oxygen-to-wine ratio. The wine therefore develops more slowly and retains freshness longer.
