Vineyards:
South facing slope at an altitude of 300 m. above sea level. silty soil, with sand and gravels of alluvial origin. 7 900 vines per ha.
Ageing method:
18 months in barriques
Winemaking process:
Hand harvested grapes, fermentation in stainless still vats to keep primary aromas, maceration 20 days, 20 days malolactic fermentatioin on fine lees. Refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months
