Vineyards:
Grapes from family-owned vineyards planted between 1962 and 1991, complemented by selected old-vine fruit.
Ageing method:
Aged on its own lees for 5 months.
Interesting notes:
Harvest for the 2025 vintage began on 25 August, following a cool, rainy spring that encouraged slow ripening and preserved acidity.
