Balance is the key word for this entry-level Chardonnay. Produced from estate grapes it delivers a rich bouquet, flavourful palate and refreshing acidity. At 12.5% alcohol, it makes an excellent food companion. A rare find in this price category.

White - dry, well-balanced and elegant.
Pale straw colour. Nose of ripe citrus fruit and peaches, along with a smooth palate with a medium body. The characteristic ripe citrus fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and moderate alcohol, giving this wine a fresh and persistent finish.
This chardonnay can be enjoyed fresh or paired with pork, fish, vegetables, chicken and duck.
Vineyards are located in the village of Isla de Maipo. The climate is warm to mild and the soil is alluvial( decomposed granite) which favours the development of high-quality viticulture. Typically the wines are characterized by their balance and elegance.
Grapes are de-stemmed and pressed gently to avoid extracting bitter phenols. Alcohol fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast. Wine is left to age over fine lees for 6 months.
Organic agriculture practiced and all the grapes for this approachable wine are estate grapes, manually harvested.
