    Fresh, saline, with kelpy and briny sea spray notes. Balanced tension and richness.

    Delicious with creamy, earthy white rind cheeses like Brie, savoury tarts, or simple, pan-fried scallops.

  • Dryland-farmed bush vines.

  • Vines planted in 1981 and 1986.
  • Ageing method:

    Aged on lees for nine months in seasoned oak barrels, enhancing texture and complexity while allowing the fruit character to shine without excessive oak influence.

  • Whole-bunch pressed.
  • Wild fermented using indigenous yeasts.
  • Matured in seasoned 400L and 500L oak barrels.
  • Aged on lees for nine months before blending and bottling.
