Wine False Bay, Whole Bunch Cinsault - Mourvedre Rose, 2023, 2024
Made from old bush‑vine Cinsault (majority) with a touch of Mourvèdre - hand‑harvested, whole‑bunch basket pressed, and wild yeast–fermented in stainless steel and wooden foudre. Aged for at least three months on lees.
