About this wine
Wine Style:
Peraj Petita Rosat is a dry rosé wine made from 100% Red Garnacha (Grenache). It is Kosher certified, but notably non-Mevushal – preserving the wine’s natural character and original quality.
Tasting Notes:
Medium pink color. Fragrant and perfumy notes with white peach and red fruity aromas. Dry entrance on the palate with a vibrant acidity that keeps this full-bodied rose fresh and very lively. Notes of freshly picked strawberries and cherries with a floral fragrant background and a rich mineral finish
Sommelier's advice:
This rosé pairs wonderfully with creamy rissottos, shellfish, paellas, cheese tables and oysters. It also pairs with mussels or tempura appetizers.
Vineyards:
Garnacha vines (25-50 years old). Terroir: Clay, granite soil in terraces.
Winemaking process:
Red Garnacha from Montsant is hand-picked in mid-September and made by the saignée method, bleeding juice off the skins, then fermented cool at 15–17°C. It is kosher, made under rabbinical supervision and not pasteurised. The 2022 vintage earned 95 points in the '50 Great Rosé Wines of the World' selection.

Vinoteka's note
The rosé of the Capçanes cooperative's kosher line, which has grown from a first batch of 2,000 litres in 1995 to about seven percent of the cellar's million bottles. Pure Garnatxa Negra from vines up to fifty years old on clay and granite terraces, made by saignée after a short maceration and fermented cool in steel. Bright medium pink, with white peach, raspberry, white pepper, sage and wild blueberry, dry with a vibrant acidity and a fresh mineral finish. Kosher, non-mevushal, vegan; the producer pairs it with risotto, shellfish, rice dishes, oysters and tempura.
