Classic Brunello from Montosoli, made from 100% Sangiovese. Full-bodied and structured, with red and dark fruit, dried herbs, fresh acidity and firm tannins. Aged in large Slavonian oak casks.

Gastronomy:
∙ Roast beef, steak, lamb, wild game, braised meat, mushroom dishes, aged Pecorino
∙ Avoid: Delicate fish, light seafood, mildly seasoned salads, sweet dishes
Vineyards:
Grapes selected from the estate’s oldest vineyards in the Montosoli area
Ageing method:
Approx. 30–36 months in Slavonian oak, followed by at least 6 months in bottle
Winemaking process:
Alcoholic fermentation with skin maceration for 25–30 days at controlled temperature; spontaneous malolactic fermentation in truncated-cone Slavonian oak vats
