Scents of wood and citrus with touches of apples and flint. Hefty acid mineral with great fruit concentration . Slightly reductive and mineral style.

White - light,fresh and dry.

Nectarines, plums, nashi pears, apricots and apples to the nose.Round and smooth.

Winemaking process:
Immediately after harvest grapes are sorted and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation in small barriques at controlled temperatures. Ends of fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months in oak barriques.
