Scents of wood and citrus with touches of apples and flint. Hefty acid mineral with great fruit concentration . Slightly reductive and mineral style.
White - light,fresh and dry.
Nectarines, plums, nashi pears, apricots and apples to the nose.Round and smooth.
Immediately after harvest grapes are sorted and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation in small barriques at controlled temperatures. Ends of fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months in oak barriques.
The basis for the elegant Malterdinger Weisser Burgunder & Chardonnay Baden from Baden are grapes from the Chardonnay grape variety.
