Winemaking process:
Manual harvest with a careful selection of the bunches directly on the plant. The vinification is traditional and involves the completion of the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in first, second and third use barriques for a total period of 14 months. Subsequently, it is bottled without undergoing filtration
