Characteristics
Wine Style:
Dry with medium- body, high acidity, and medium tannins. Medium+ intensity flavors. Medium length finish.
Tasting Notes:
Medium ruby with pronounced aromas of ripe black fruits, cherries and plum, hints of chocolate and violet. Dry, high acidity but in balance, medium body with pronounced primary and secondary flavours of black fruit, chocolate, cedar, vanilla.
Gastronomy:
Beef carpaccio, meat bowl, salad with grilled bellpepper and roasted tomatoes. Chicken skewers.
Vineyards:
Yield 45 hl/ha variety of soils: old gravels, alluvial terrace, clay limestone.
