Fresh, well structured sparkling. Exceptional quality and well balanced sparkling at 12.5% alcohol. It was love at first sight for us due to the tremendous value it offers to wine consumers. Enjoy! Noroc! ("Cheers" in Romanian)
Pure white colour with a touch of green, the rim colour display shades of yellow. The nose is rich and insistent - summer flower notes with a hint of green apples in the background and opens up to rose petals and followed with anis, implying a certain sweetness on the palate which is completely offset by a pleasant and impressive acidity, rare in this sparkling category. Bitter-crisp, green and savoury at the same time.
