Wine Style:

This wine is the result of dedication and persistence working in harmony with nature. Each bottle displays a variety of fresh and intense aromas.

Tasting Notes:

Visual: Red wine with a rich plum colour. Aroma : This wine shows a smooth aromatic freshness, and also a rich ripe nutty aroma, the result is a well balanced and harmonious wine on the nose. Taste: Great feeling of balance between freshness and ageing.

Gastronomy:

To enjoy slightly fresh as an aperitif, or to accompany with foie gras, strong cheese and dark chocolate.

Vineyards:

This wine is the result of blending the best wines from several harvests and produced according to the most genuine traditions and from the main grape varieties of the Douro valley.

Ageing method:

Part of the wine ages in oak and the final blend age has an average of 3 to 4 years in old oak.

Winemaking process:

Skin maceration in lagares( stone throughs) and stainless steel vats with interruption of fermentation through the addition of wine spirit at 77% vol.
