Ageing method:
Canteiro maturation: gradual warming and slow oxidation during barrel aging.
Winemaking process:
Fermented in stainless steel; fermentation is stopped after 2–3 days with neutral grape spirit to retain sweetness.
Interesting notes:
Its sweetness comes from grape sugars retained by stopping fermentation early, rather than fully fermenting the wine dry
