Wine Style:
Red - This is an exciting style of red wine. It is a dessert wine made in a fruity, fizzy style made from rare Italian varieties.
Tasting Notes:
Intense red with delicate purple reflections. On the nose very aromatic with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and delicate hints of wild rose. The palate is sweet and tannic at the same time, fresh and delicate with a good vivacity and sensations of red fruits, strawberries and fresh flowers. Very enjoyable!
Gastronomy:
Delicious on its own or with sorbet, fruit, desserts, soft and aged cheese and chocolate.
Vineyards:
Clayey and calcareous with marl slightly rich in silt and alkaline ph with strong water retention. 25-year-old vineyard with south, southwest exposure.
Winemaking process:
Crushing and de-stemming and cold maceration for 2 days at + 3'C. Soft pressing. Isobaric fermentation in autoclaves in order not to disperse aromas and natural gas.
