Frizzante Wine Tenuta Montemagno, Dulcem Malvasia di Casorzo, 2017
Malvasia di Casorzo is an extremely rare variety of grape found only in the municipality of Casorzo, in the Astigiano area, making it quintessentially autochthonous. The grape is aromatic, quite unlike any other, releasing fragrances and delicate overtones of rose and white peach.
Dulcem is a vinified sweet pétillant wine from vineyards facing south-southwest. The easy drinkability of this wine is due to its fragrance, but also to its freshness and reduced alcohol content.
Fruity, fizzy, fun! Delicious dessert wine from a rare Italian grape. A must-try wine!
Intense red with delicate purple reflections. On the nose very aromatic with notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and delicate hints of wild rose. The palate is sweet and tannic at the same time, fresh and delicate with a good vivacity and sensations of red fruits, strawberries and fresh flowers. Very enjoyable!
Delicious on its own or with sorbet, fruit, desserts, soft and aged cheese and chocolate.
Clayey and calcareous with marl slightly rich in silt and alkaline ph with strong water retention. 25-year-old vineyard with south, southwest exposure.
Crushing and de-stemming and cold maceration for 2 days at + 3'C. Soft pressing. Isobaric fermentation in autoclaves in order not to disperse aromas and natural gas.
