The Rizieri winery was born out of a choice for change brought on by Arturo and Barbara, a common project of life, deep respect for nature, and what it produces. Their passion and determination paid off as they are well respected and known for their superior winemaking operation. Home is where the heart is, and for them, home is Rizieri.
The property has vineyards that are located in two well-known wine appellations of Piemonte: Diano D’Alba (Dolcetto and Barbera grapes) and La Morra (outstanding Nebbiolo grapes and part of the Barolo appellation). Time and a lot of effort spent on exploring and experimenting with traditional winemaking methods backed by strong will and determination finally brought forth rewards as the wines became true representatives of the region's culture, terroir and traditions, and true pride of Arturo and Barbara.
These are truly handcrafted wines and since the same amount of care is dedicated to the vineyards none of the produced wines is falling short of reputation and expectations.
