Nose with cinnamon, clove, blackberry and black cherry followed by a palate with fine, persistent acidity, well integrated tannins, cinnamon cookies, black cherry and even a bit of salinity.
Characteristics
Wine Style:
Light body, medium tannin and medium acidity. Light, bright, fruity and lovely.
Tasting Notes:
Cranberry, cherry, bright with good acidity . Floral aromas rose and violets, pomegranate, dark berry, cherry, red currant. Wooden tones are complemented by leather undertone, it tempers out the fruit nicely, in addition to sultry notes of pink orange and spices, which carry through to the palate.
Gastronomy:
Seasoned grilled pork, sausages, medium cheeses, game.
