Wine Style:
White - An elegant Chenin Blanc that is organic and vegan with an expressive nose and touch of oak.
Tasting Notes:
It is wonderfully expressive on the nose showing golden peach, orange peel, vanilla and cedary wood characters, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that is richly fruited and creamy. The wine offers gorgeous intensity together with silky texture, finishing long and delicious.
Gastronomy:
This wine is suitable for a vegan diet. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a wide variety of meals, particularly seafood and white meats.

Winemaking process:
Beautiful ripe grapes were whole bunch pressed. Juice was transferred into French oak barrels (12% new) where it naturally underwent wild yeast ferment. The wine was stirred once a week for 4 months on its lees to add texture complexity and aroma. 100% malolactic fermentation to soften acids and add a rich character to the wine.
