Wine Quinta das Arcas, Conde Villar Rose, 2019
This unique rosé combines two unique Portuguese varieties: Espadeiro and Touriga Nacional, which are hand-picked and pressed to create this slightly fizzy wine. It is an exceptional example of unique Portuguese wines.

Clear and bright framboise colour. Fresh and youthful aromas. Crushed strawberries and raspberries with generous lime drops. Well structured with a fine balance between alcohol and acidity. The light natural fizz enhances the wine's freshness.
Gastronomy:
This is a great wine to enjoy as an aperitif. It pairs very well with fish dishes, grilled white meat, and summer salads. Perfect pairing with Japanese food or Thai curries.
Winemaking process:
Hand picked grapes at short distance from winery. Immediately destemmed and crushed to capture fresh aromas. Initial skin fermentation for color extraction.
