Green apples, stone fruit with exceptional minerality and dryness. Long full finish with great acidity.

Wine Style:
White - It's dry without being sour. It has content and depth at low 12% alcohol.
Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with golden hue. Rich, fruity nose. Pears, apples, peaches. Dry, mineral, medium plus acidity, medium body. For entry level riesling this is just great.
Gastronomy:
spicy dishes, shelfish, prawns
Winemaking process:
100% hand-picking, gentle whole grape pressing, spontaneous fermentation with the natural yeasts, ageing on the full yeast until the end of March in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tank.
