Wine Okonomierat Rebholz, Weisser Burgunder Vom LoBlehm Trocken, 2016
This is a wonderful terroir-emphasized Burgundy, which was vinified by Hansjörg Rebholz with great sensitivity. It comes into the glass in a radiant light yellow and presents a fine floral bouquet full of yellow fruits and white flowers, accompanied by delicate almond and hazelnut notes. Ripe and fresh yellow apples, delicate citrus hints and a hint of apricot show up. The palate is dry and wonderfully fresh, mineral, flowery and has a fine enamel. A harmonious finale merges into a fine mineral reverberation.
White- Elegant and well balanced.
An elegant white burgundy with a beautiful acid structure. On the nose, you can find the scent of apricot, peach and green apple. A wine with a lot of finesse, the ideal companion to fish dishes and white meat. Like all Rebholz wines, this wine has great ageing potential.
Enjoy in style with classic dishes, rich soups or just on its own.
