Winemaking process:
This pale salmon sparkling rosé is made from Pinot Noir grown by Château Vartely, which farms about 260 hectares in Moldova's Codru and Valul lui Traian regions. It is finished brut for a crisp, dry taste. Moldova has a long sparkling tradition: the Cricova cellars store wine in over 100 km of underground tunnels.

A delicate dry rosé sparkler from Pinot Noir, made by the Charmat method. Forest fruit, ripe wild strawberry and rose petals, with a fine, persistent mousse; fresh and invigorating. Silver medal at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025. Serve as cold as possible, 6–8 °C, with cream-cheese and salmon canapés, fruit tart or cheesecake.
