  • Gentle flinty minerality with a touch of smokiness.
  • Vineyards:

  • Located in Botrivier, Olifantsrivier and Swartland.
  • Wet winter and spring promoting strong vineyard growth.
  • Lower yields during the season, contributing to greater concentration of fruit.
  • Ageing method:

  • Matured in French oak barrels (400L & 500L)
  • 20% new oak (light toast)
  • Aged on lees for 9 months.

  • Whole-bunch pressed.
  • 100% wild fermented.
  • Barrel fermented.
  • Blended and bottled after ageing.
