Winemaking process:
Old bush-vine Cinsault from Stellenbosch and Swartland is joined by a little Stellenbosch Mourvèdre. The grapes are hand-picked, gently whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in steel and large foudres, then left on the lees for at least three months. Whole-bunch pressing gives the palest, purest juice and a delicate colour.

A pale, spicy, textural rosé, mostly old bush-vine Cinsault (85%) with Mourvèdre, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts. Wild strawberry and summer berries with a hint of white pepper, and a clean, savoury, dry finish. Drink chilled and young: garlic prawns, grilled vegetables, salade niçoise.
