Cricova grows Chardonnay among its international varieties in central Moldova and makes this dry white in a fresh, fruity style meant for drinking young. The winery is famous for its cellars: about 120 km of old limestone galleries 60-80 m underground, where a steady cool temperature suits wine all year round.
