Vinoteka's note
A blend built around Rară Neagră, Moldova's rare native red (45%), with Malbec (35%) and Syrah (20%) from the Bugeac zone in the south. Dark ruby, with dark and red berries, spice and a touch of oak from six months in barrel; Malbec brings the fruit, Syrah the pepper. The producer suggests it with fried chicken, duck breast or cabbage rolls.
