Pleasant dark red, with medium finish, medium body and well balanced tannins, remarkably juicy.
Tasting Notes:
Notes of vanilla, raspberry, chocolate and some blackberry. Smell of vanilla, red fruit and black fruit on the nose. Cleansing nosefeel. Rich and lively mouthfeel. Good acidity and soft tannins. Pairs great with venison and can be drank alone. Pleasurable and easy to drink.

35 years old vines, mostly manual harvesting. 4.5 tons per ha yield.
Interesting notes:
Small yields and clay-limestone subsoil bring elegance and finesse to this wine, the Grenache and the Merlot bring their roundness and fresh style.
