Winemaking process:
Alcanta Blanco is a young, unoaked white blended from wines of Bocopa's member cooperatives in the Alicante hinterland and fermented at controlled temperature to keep it fresh. Bocopa was formed in 1987, when local cooperative wineries joined forces.

A light Mediterranean white from Bodegas Bocopa, the union of Alicante's cooperatives: half Verdejo, half Macabeo. Pale straw with green tones; delicate fruit, flowers and herbs; flavourful, balanced and light, at just 11%. Serve at 8–10 °C with shellfish, fish, white meat or rice dishes.
