Parellada wines
Parellada is a white grape from Catalonia and one of the three traditional Cava grapes, together with Macabeo and Xarel·lo, valued for its finesse, freshness and delicate floral aroma. It does best in the higher, cooler vineyards of the Penedès. Light and moderate in alcohol, Parellada-based wines are well suited to light seafood, salads and aperitif snacks, served well chilled.
