Rich dark amber color with golden hues. Grape brandy, soft and harmonious with rich nose of vanilla, orange confiture and rosewood.

The wine is distilled in copper pot (alambic) in two steps. Initially basic raw spirit is obtained, with alcoholic strength of 29-32%. Second step, known as “la bonne chauffe” (good heating) gives a spirits which contains 62-70% of alcohol. The full cycle can last one day. Only after the first-stage distillation the volume of liquid is reduced 9 times.
In the first step of distillation the initial liquid gets reduced by 9 times.
