Winemaking process:
This divin is made by distilling Moldovan grape wine and maturing the spirit in oak barrels, which bring its notes of caramel, hazelnut and cinnamon. In Moldova, a VSOP divin is usually a blend of spirits aged around five years. Grape brandy here is called divin, a name protected as a geographical indication.
