Wine paired with Beef
When it comes to any cut of beef, a bold, robust red wine would be your ideal match. Red meat does best with tannin and creates the best pairing experience. For more delicate cuts of meat, red wine with finer tannins would work perfectly. White wine and beef, unfortunately, don’t do well together as the wine can often disappear behind the intensity of the meat. Try Cabernet Sauvignon, Bordeaux-blends, Shiraz or Cabernet Franc.
