Domaine de Cazaban lies at Villegailhenc, in the heart of the Cabardès appellation between the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees. The estate has 17 hectares of vines and has been farmed organically and biodynamically for two decades. Didier and Victoria Mattei took it over in 2022. Cabardès brings together Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties, and the range runs from Cabardès reds to IGP Pays d'Aude wines such as Hors Série N°1.
