Bodegas Yzaguirre has made vermouth since 1884 and is now run by the Salla family at El Morell, between Reus and Tarragona. Its vermouths follow exclusive recipes of herbs and spices, among them cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, gentian, coriander and nutmeg.
