Wine Style:
White - A tropical-focused wine that is elegant and bright. It also exhibits a subtle flintiness and great minerality.
Tasting Notes:
Shines bright yellow with a green shimmer in the glass. On the nose, generous tropical fruits, especially passion fruit, papaya, grapefruit, watermelon and a touch of hibiscus balanced by a gentle flinty bed. The palate impresses with a soft, supple, harmonious style with mineral components. Very balanced with an opulent, wide-ranging and long finish.
Gastronomy:
Drink as an aperitif or enjoy with seafood, poultry, snacks and vegetable dishes.
Vineyards:
Loess Loam soil.
Winemaking process:
The juice is left for 24 hours with skin contact. Sedimentation follows and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Minimal intervention.
Interesting notes:
