A rich ruby red colour with delicious notes of cherries, plums and some spice on the nose. On the palate, there are lovely dark fruits with an elegant but firm tannin structure with a lingering aftertaste. It’s beautifully fresh and perfect for everyday drinking. 'Cherry and raspberry on the nose while the palate is super juicy with bright acidity – utterly smashable.' - Winemag.co.za

Food wine to be enjoyed with BBQs, red meats, poultry and rich meaty fish.
Vineyards:

Winemaking process:
The bunches were roughly sorted and under-ripe berries removed. A combination of whole bunch and de-stemmed crushed berry fermentation was carried out in large open concrete fermentation tanks. The wine was pressed earlier on before the end of fermentation. Fermentation was completed in closed concrete tanks and underwent a further 10-month ageing process in these tanks.
