Red - A full-bodied wine that's rich, intense, and aromatic. Expect juicy tannins and a lingering finish.
The nose is plush and perfumed with cassis, black pepper, anise, black cherry and tobacco. A medium to full-bodied palate with soft and juicy tannins and hints of dark chocolate finishes with a fresh but lingering aftertaste.
Lovely food wine to be enjoyed with BBQ meats, stews, Asian cuisine, aged cheese, chocolate.
Oak barrels and Stainless steel
All the fruit was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation and ageing took place in barrel and tank, and maturation over 12 months in second- and third-fill barrels.
