Storage for 3 months in 33hl Slavonian oak barrels, and 6 months in bottle refinement. Ageing possibilities is 10 years
The grapes are handpicked and then gently pressed; fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26° – 28°C; and maceration for 15-20 days.
