Wine De Martino, Legado Pinot Noir Reserva, 2017
Despite being one of the most challenging varieties to work with, this expression of Pinot Noir is extraordinary. As a complete contrast to a robust Cabernet Sauvignon, this delicate wine is soft and highly complex.
Red - A light and perfumed wine with prominent fruits and subtle oak represent classic European styles.
Pale ruby red colour. Perfumed aromatics of fresh red berries and cherries are combined with a smoky mineral and earthy notes. The palate is ripe and fresh, with polished soft tannins, weight in the palate and a lingering finish.
Pairs very well with poultry, venison, beef, veal and roasted vegetables.
