Made from a blend of white grapes Chasselas, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Rkatsitelli by secondary natural fermentation, it has peach tones in the nose.
Fruity with predominant peach in the bouquet. Rather simple yet flavorful sparkling. Nose is implying a certain sweetness, dont be mislead, as a residual sugar content it is still a brut.

Vineyards of white grapes from the Central region of Moldova. The grapes in the blend are: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rkatsitelli, Chasselas, Feteasca Alba.
Natural fermentation in controlled environment. Process is known as Methode Charmat, Metodo Martinotti, bulk method.
